Understanding the Classes
Body Conditioning:
Using equipment such as weights bars, tubing, or stability balls.
Sports Specific:
Using exercises to benefit a variety of sports will make use of a variety of machine based equipment (may be seasonal).
Aerobic:
Low, mixed or high impact classes ideal for fat burning and improving cardiovascular levels.
Stretch, Strength & Flexibility:
Will increase strength, flexibility and improve posture. May also include relaxation.
Self Defence:
Specifically designed self defence and full combat courses for women who want to learn more about looking after themselves.
